PCS 2021, currently run as Practice of Collection, is a virtual institution that practices questions surrounding the collection of artworks by collecting, exporting, and exhibiting them. The process of 'research-collection-maintaining-exhibition' for each individual work is simulated together by artists, researchers, and planners.
